The importance of signing in regularly at “whentohelp.com”
We encourage you to sign in often at the whentohelp.com website — this will be our main method of communicating when you are not at the house.
You can sign in from any computer with an internet connection and a recommended browser — on a PC, the recommended browsers are Internet Explorer or Firefox; on a Mac, the recommended browser is Firefox.
Just go to http://whentohelp.com and click the green “SIGN IN” button which is at the top left corner of the page.

Your User ID and password
When the Hart Comfort House coordinator of volunteers adds your name to the system at whentohelp.com, you will be automatically assigned a temporary ID and password.
The coordinator will either give you a hard copy of your sign-in instructions or e-mail you the instructions.
Your ID and password are also available (just to you) by going to the http://whentohelp.com login page and clicking on the “Need your ID or Password?” link. Enter the e-mail address you gave to the coordinator of volunteers and your temporary ID and password will be immediately emailed to you.
Then, it’s easy! Just click on the login button above or go to: http://whentohelp.com/ and click the green “SIGN IN” button which is at the top left corner of the page.
