The house, located at 141 E. State St., Wellsville, NY and donated by the family of Mary Ellen and Gerald Hart, was renovated and adapted to be a warm and welcoming place for residents and their loved ones.

Resident Rooms:  The home’s two first-floor resident rooms are spacious and have large windows and French doors, making them bright and airy. Each has its own fully accessible bathroom.

Other Main Floor Areas:   The family-friendly, fully equipped kitchen is always open for coffee, conversation and meals.  The living room provides another comfortable spot for visiting with family and friends.

Second Floor, Visitor’s Areas:  The home’s second floor offers family and friends comfort and privacy. There are two furnished bedrooms, as well as two half-bathrooms, one full-bathroom, and a kitchenette.

Outdoors:  Mature gardens surround the house and can be enjoyed by all. The resident rooms’ French doors allow easy access to the house’s wrap-around porch. There are walkways on the property for family and friends which lead to quiet areas for conversation or contemplation.
